- The products we list on our website are the ones we have in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out of a particular product. If the product you have ordered has sold out, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to either wait for more stock, cancel the item/order or order an alternative item.
Changes and updates/improvements to our products occur from time to time. We make every effort to update our product information to reflect this, however, errors and omissions may occur. - Ordering

- The base currency displayed on our website for all our products is the Australian Dollar (AUD) and all other currencies are calculated from this.
You may choose to display our online store prices and shipping rates in one of these alternate currencies:

In all cases, orders will only be packaged and shipped upon clearance of funds. - Shipping
- All our shipping is done through either Australia Post, DHL Global Mail or Toll Priority shipping. You also have the option to “pick-up” your order if you live in Western Australia. To do this you need to contact us to arrange a date and time.
We aim to ship all orders within one working day of receiving the order. In some instances, this is not possible and it may take up to 3 days before we can ship your order. If for any reason your order is expected to take longer to ship, we will contact you.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped including any tracking details if applicable.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping option you have selected. As a general rule, DHL and Toll Priority are faster for international deliveries than Australia Post. Any stated delivery times are approximated for your convienience. However, we stress that these times are approximate and that we do not accept responsibility for delays.
Delivery to countries where taxes or duties are charged by the customs department of that country, or held by customs for clearance, may take longer. - Taxes and Duties
- All our products are free of duties and taxes. However, you may have to pay tax, duty and/or clearance fee in order for the products to enter your country. If this is the case, the products will be held by your customs department until the tax, duty and/or clearance fee has been paid.
We can not tell you if you will pay tax, duty and/or clearance fee as this is not up to us but the destination country’s customs department. In some cases these additional costs may be substantial.
The importer/customer is ultimately responsible for paying any tax, duty and/or clearance fee owed on an import. These fees are charged based on the value of your purchase, value of shipping, origin of goods or all of these factors. We recommend you check your country’s Customs Department website for information on duties, taxes and clearance fees before proceeding with your order. - Bank Charges and International Exchange Rates
- The exchange rates for display of international currencies on our website are updated daily from information supplied by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) (http://www.asx.com.au/). These exchange rates provided may vary from those applied your bank or ours. As a result, the total cost of the order you see at the checkout on our website, may vary slightly to what is taken from your account. This only applies to purchases made outside of Australia where an international transaction has been made.
Your bank may also charge you a credit card fee. This is generally 3 to 4 percent of the total transaction value. - Order Cancellations
- To cancel an order please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping.
If the order has been shipped, then you must return the unwanted products to us, unused and in their original packaging, at your risk and at your cost, within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund the cost of the unwanted products once they have been received by us, provided they have been returned unused and undamaged.
In the case of custom manufactured products; products which have already been made, designed or prepared and those in the process of manufacture, will have to be paid for and will be delivered to you. - Lost Packages
- Delivery times for orders vary depending on your location and choice of shipping agent. If your order has not arrived within the time frame expected, please contact us so that we may investigate the order status.
If you have delivery problems in your area, it is advisable that you choose the DHL shipping option as it is more reliable and faster in that circumstance. - Returns
- If any products are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact us immediately. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping faulty of damaged items back to us, unless we have instructed you to do this.
If you wish to return products for any other reason for a refund, you must return them to us, at your risk and at your cost, within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund the cost of the unwanted products once they have been received by us, provided they have been returned unused and undamaged. Please take care when repackaging products for return shipping. Incorrectly or insufficiently packaged products may get damaged during shipping and this will result in no refund.
In the case of custom manufactured products; returns are not available. We may however, at our discretion, make repairs and/or alterations to the product if we find there has been a manufacturing fault. Please contact us to discuss any issues you may have with a custom product. - Warranty
- Any product that proves to be defective may be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no charge if returned to us. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or failure due to accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

- We aim to manufacture and supply quality products and provide you with excellent customer service. If however, you are not satisfied with the products you have received or the service you were given, then please contact us.
